Our partnership with CAS started in 2017 and we now store and manage over 800,000 primary care patient notes. The services extend from document cataloguing through secure off-site storage and archiving, to advanced document digitisation and cloud-based storage.

We offer a secure on-line portal with a 4-hour SLA scan on demand service, supported by scheduled weekly collections and returns.

Our service ensures GP federations and individual practices comply with of managing their patient records, whilst maximising valuable building space and improve patient confidentiality and accuracy.

Our service ensures you are fully compliant with all standards demanded by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

International Accreditations include;

• ISO 15489, Information and Documentation — Records Management: CAS is the only document storage company in the industry to hold this ISO. This demonstrates that we have achieved all the requirements for the Records Management Industry, and that we give appropriate attention and protection to the processing and management of document and file storage.
